Azhar Abbas is the Clubs professional Coach as well as undertaking
coaching of the clubs First Grade Mens team
Azhar is Level 3 Acredited Coach.
He is a former Pakistan cricketer having played with Moin Khan, Shahid
Afredi, Wazim Akram etc. Since moving to NZ has played 3 seasons
for Wellington Firebirds, also playing for Surrey minor counties,
taking 95 wickets in 2005 season. Azhar is married with three children.

Access for Juniors
As part of the clubs arrangements, each Junior Team is entitled to a one hour session with
Azhar Abbas each season.

Available for coaching one on one or teams Monday, Wednesday, Friday
from 6pm or Sunday anytime if not playing.
